BOOKING POLICY

Pinky Darling Tattoo – Citrine Luna Ltd

To keep everything smooth, fair, and stress-free for both of us, please read through the booking policy before securing your appointment.

1. How to Book

You can book by filling out the form on the contact page, messaging me on Instagram @pinky_darling_tattoo or by email pinky@blackhopetattoo.com


Please include:

  • Your idea

  • Placement

  • Rough size

  • Reference images

  • Your availability

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

2. Deposits

A deposit is required for all appointments.
Deposits cover:

  • Design preparation

  • Admin and communication

  • Securing your dedicated time in the studio

Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be moved to a new date if you reschedule with enough notice.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

I understand life happens.
Please give as much notice as possible.

  • 5 days notice: Your deposit can be moved to a new date

  • Less than 5 days notice: A new deposit will be required

  • No-shows: Full loss of deposit and future bookings may be declined

Repeated cancellations can result in refusal of future appointments.

4. Design Policy

Custom designs are created especially for you.
Designs are usually shown on the day of your appointment so they can be sized and placed correctly on your body.
Changes can absolutely be made, we’ll finalise everything together before starting.

Designs remain the intellectual property of Citrine Luna Ltd and are not to be altered or tattooed by another artist.

5. Health & Age Requirements

To get tattooed, you must:

  • Be 18+ (ID may be required)

  • Not be pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Be in good general health

  • Inform me of any skin conditions, allergies, or health issues relevant to tattooing

Your safety is always my priority.

6. On the Day

Please arrive:

  • Clean and well-rested

  • After a full meal

  • Sober (no alcohol or drugs for at least 24 hours)

  • Wearing comfy clothes that give access to the area

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule and a new deposit may be required.

7. Refusal of Service

I reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • You arrive intoxicated

  • You’re under 18

  • The requested design or placement isn’t safe

  • Your skin is compromised

  • You behave disrespectfully

This ensures a safe, comfortable environment for everyone.
